Therapist/Nurse Assistant

**Job brief**We are looking for a **Wellness Therapist** to care for our customers/patients. You will also be responsible for assisting them and their family members at all times.The goal is to promote customers well-being by providing excellent customer service and building rapport with the customers.**Responsibilities**- Perform routine procedures (blood pressure measurements, etc.) and fill in customer's/patient's charts- Assisting customers/patients before and after the treatment.- Inspect the facilities and act to maintain excellent hygiene and safety (decontaminating equipment, sanitizing surfaces, preparing beds etc.)- Provide instant medical care in emergencies- Foster a supportive and compassionate environment to care for customers/patients and their families and direct phone calls- Organize and schedule customers appointments accordingly as well as providing general support to the patients- Handle sensitive information in a confidential manner**Requirements**:- A team player with excellent communication and interpersonal skills- Previous experience in Clinic/Medical preferred**Job Type**: Permanent**Salary**: RM1,500.00 - RM2,500.00 per month**Benefits**:- Cell phone reimbursement- Opportunities for promotion- Professional developmentSchedule:- Fixed shift- Rotational shiftSupplemental pay types:- Commission pay- Overtime pay- Yearly bonusAbility to commute/relocate:- Senai: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)**Education**:- STM/STPM (preferred)**Language**:- Bahasa Malaysia (preferred)Application Deadline: 11/06/2023Expected Start Date: 04/01/2024
