Thesis : E Voting System Using Sms Services With Encrypted Security Protocol For Student Representative Council

Do a thesis for postgraduate student, develop from draft given, need to find data, prepare methodology, design system flow and report.
Require people with IT knowledge to take this project. E-voting system using SMS service to cast vote, votes will be casted by college students using their mobile, admin/management will be able to see the total votes and results.
Need to add in encrypted protocol/security feature like encrypted vote, homomorphic encryption but if freelancer have better idea, we can definitely add in on. does not require formatting, just want people to improve the context and methodology.
