**Responsibilities**:- Responsible for the company's live streaming and video production on YouTube.- Develop and implement live streaming plans, including content and schedule.- Collaborate with the team to ensure the smooth progress of live streaming and respond promptly to any problems.- Evaluate the effectiveness of live streaming and user feedback based on data analysis and provide corresponding improvement suggestions.- Monitor and analyze data from live streaming platforms, develop and implement optimization strategies to improve user conversion and retention rates.- Collaborate with other teams to promote the company's development on social media.**Requirement**:- 1 year of experience in live streaming operations, including experience managing live streaming technical teams- Strong technical knowledge of live streaming technologies and equipment, including encoding, transcoding, and delivery systems- Excellent project management skills, including the ability to manage multiple projects and meet tight deadlines- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively communicate with both technical and non-technical stakeholders- Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong focus on delivering high-quality results- Bachelor's degree in a related field (e.g. engineering, computer science, media production) is preferred.2.
