Tiktok Live Host

Responsibilities:- Develop and maintain a comprehensive schedule for live hosts, considering peak viewing times and audience demographics.- Coordinate with live hosts to ensure they are available and prepared for their scheduled live sessions.- Resolve scheduling conflicts and make adjustments as needed.- Monitor live host performances during live broadcasts, ensuring they engage with the audience effectively.- Analyse key performance indicators (KPIs) such as viewer engagement, conversion rates, and sales revenue.- Provide feedback and guidance to live hosts to enhance their performance.- Compile daily and monthly sales statistics for each live host, tracking their revenue generation.- Prepare detailed reports on sales performance, highlighting trends and opportunities for improvement.- Collaborate with the finance department to ensure accurate compensation for live hosts based on their sales.- Work closely with live hosts to develop strategies for increasing audience engagement during live sessions.- Ensure that live hosts have the necessary equipment, software, and technical support for smooth live broadcasts.- Troubleshoot technical issues in real-time to minimise disruptions during live sessions.- Maintain open and regular communication with live hosts to address their concerns, suggestions, and feedback.- Act as a liaison between live hosts and the company, conveying any company updates, policies, or changes.- Ensure that live hosts adhere to TikTok's guidelines and community standards.- Stay updated on TikTok's policies and regulations and educate live hosts on compliance.**Salary**: RM2,500.00 - RM5,000.00 per month**Benefits**:- Maternity leaveSchedule:- Day shift- Early shift- Night shift- Rotational shiftSupplemental pay types:- Commission payAbility to Commute:- Kuala Lumpur (required)Ability to Relocate:- Kuala Lumpur: Relocate before starting work (required)
