About the team Campaign team are responsible in formulating the strategy behind platform campaign. In this role, you will be responsible for develop and execute Tiktok e-commerce platform and category campaigns, having the responsibility of full-cycle campaign project management Join us as we drive the future of e-commerce here at TikTok. Responsibilities- Identify and allocate resources required for TikTok e-commerce campaigns, including setting up assets and resource allocation to support campaign objectives;- Monitor the performance of TikTok e-commerce campaigns in real-time, analyzing key metrics such as live and video views, engagement rate, click-through rate, conversion rate, and return on ad spend (ROAS), and making data-driven decisions to optimize campaign performance.- Foster engagement with TikTok users through interactive and participatory content formats such as hashtag challenges, live streams, and duets, creating opportunities for user-generated content and community building around e-commerce products and categories.- Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams such as marketing, content, product management, and customer support to ensure alignment of TikTok e-commerce campaigns with overall business objectives and strategies.- Develop comprehensive campaign resource strategies specifically tailored to TikTok's platform, considering the platform's audience demographics, content format, and engagement patterns. This involves understanding TikTok's algorithm and trends to create effective campaigns that resonate with users.- Continuously explore new features, formats, and trends on the TikTok platform to innovate and experiment with creative campaign ideas, staying ahead of the curve and maximizing the effectiveness of e-commerce campaigns. Minimum Qualifications- Bachelor Degree in Marketing or any relevant degree- At least 5 years of experience in digital marketing, e-commerce, campaign management, or related roles is essential. - The ability to analyze data, interpret metrics, and derive actionable insights is essential for optimizing e-commerce campaigns. - Self-motivated, possessing strong communication and project management skills, adaptable to fast-paced and changing work environments; Preferred Qualifications- Direct experience in eCommerce Industry- Candidates with a proven track record of managing successful e-commerce campaigns, driving traffic, increasing conversions, and generating revenue are highly desirable;- Proficient in Excel and Power Point.
