Tiktok Shop - Creator Incubation (Malaysia, E-Commerce)

About the team Creator Team will drive the growth of TikTok Shop by working closely with the creators. In this role, you are required to incubate and nurture the creators for TikTok Shop. Responsibilities- Grow and develop TikTok Shop Creator e-commerce sales performance in livestream and video channels, manage mid-tier and long-tail creators, focus on increasing both the quantity and performance - Coordinate and execute operational planning, content strategies and growth initiatives for creators - Facilitate affiliate collaboration by implementing product selection, price benchmarking, advertisement arrangement, campaign setup, livestream scripting and video preparation. - Build and manage relationships with creators, media companies, key merchants, content creators, macro KOLs and Singaporean celebrities Minimum Qualification- Minimum Bachelor's degree or above, at least 2 years of E-commerce experience - Experience in analytics and presentation with good attention to details - Good communication and interpersonal skills with project management skills - Adaptable, fast learner result-oriented and resilient team player Preferred Qualification- Familiar with TikTok Malaysia influencers, social media landscape and resource integration ability and livestream & video practices, with relevant industry market resources, keen market insight, risk awareness. - Successful incubation project management experience is highly preferred.
