About the team In this role, you will be responsible for the growth of TikTok Shop Platform. Responsibilities- Support the design of seller growth strategy and optimisation of initiatives to improve commercial, traffic and cost metrics, including execution and troubleshooting- Manage regular reporting, including data analysis and visualisation, identifying key issues, designing hypothesis, structuring analysis and proposing solutions- Monitor new initiatives in the market, with a focus on identifying key areas of improvement- Work closely and effectively with various stakeholders (. Category team, Marketing team, to drive business results Minimum Qualifications- Bachelor's Degree or equivalent practical experience.- 3+ years of experience in Ecommerce or Brands - Collaborative and open to changes and challenges Preferred Qualifications:- Direct experience in the eCommerce Industry- Strong analytical skills, hypothesis-driven, structured and methodical problem solver- Proficient in Excel and Power Point.
