Tooling Technician

Qualification1. Minimum SPM, SPMV, SKM or equivalent.2. At least 1 years working experience pin plastic industry especially in injection moulding.Responsibility1. To plan and implement mould maintenance according to schedule.2. To ensure all moulds are in good condiiton such as cleanliness, label and functioning through dailt inspection.3. To ensure all data related is up to date such as no of short and problem history.Function1. To attend to in-house maintenance and repairing of mould/die, machinery and tooling2. Troubleshoot mould failure and repairing, perform service and maintenance3. To make sure all mould in good condition before use4. To make sure all mould service follow the production schedule5. Update moukd service and maintenance history record without fail to reduce machine downtime6. Report if there are any mould parts that need to be replace7. Update spare parts available8.
