Toolmaker

Job Description: The Role:Toolmaker is to provide support & services in maintaining the molds. The support includes onsite support trouble shooting on the press, insert changes for multi inserts mold, Mold PM & mold/inserts cleaning and mold repair. Overtime support during non-working hour if request.In this role you will:Responsible for mold maintenance & repair to get the best quality part out from production. This includes trouble shooting, machining, fitting, decision making, inter department communication as well as documentation.Traits we believe make a strong candidate:Candidate must possess at least Diploma in Tool and Die/Polymer/Machining or any equivalent field.Able to handle conventional milling, lathe, grinding and EDM machine.Knowledge of injection molding, troubleshooting, PM and fix mold.Able to work alone with less supervision.Your success will be measured by:Safety, quality, cost and people
