**Tasks & responsibilities**- Maintain and ensure validity of customs tariff codes and duty rates applicable to all import and export items. Promptly collate, verify, and update customs report and reconcile to ensure tally with finance reporting.- Verify logistic and freight invoices and taxes paid on behalf. To raise Purchase Requisition for freight / taxes etc. and perform MIGO accordingly. To do analysis for freight related cost.- Timely feedback on issue arise, immediate corrective action should be taken for any error findings and work on area of improvement and preventive action. Capture issue log on daily operations process for area of improvement.- To ensure all permit and license are renew before its expiry.- To support, and participant in any new system/process implementation for the site.- To support PR request process.**Qualifications & experience**- Minimum Academic Qualification: Diploma/ Degree in any discipline. International commercial terms knowledge is preferable.- Proficient in Microsoft Outlook and Office, expert in Microsoft Excel.- Experience managing SAP and global trade services.- Experience in dealing with Government Authorities - ie : Customs, MITI, MDTCC, MOF, SIRIM and etc, area added advantage.- Must have experience in developing and managing activities related to import/export compliance and licensing in support of international business development activities. Verbal and Written Communication in English & Bahasa Malaysia capabilities are essential.- Good in people management, communication and interaction skill, time management and ability to multi-task, work professionally and drive to achieve the target with minimum supervision.
