We have much room for improvement and many ideas that will further shape the industry.ResponsibilitiesProvide technical support in regards to daily operational activities for Trade Marketing programsReferral Program Management and administration across multiple sales channelsDevelopment and implementation of supplementary channels or programs that aid acquisitionDevelopment and implementation of engagement and developmental programs and/or promotionsData management and insights reporting for all acquisition and developmental initiativesMonitoring of competitors’ engagement and developmental programs/promotionsWork closely with cross-functional teams to plan, develop and implement trade marketing initiatives for referral programsMonitor, analyse and evaluate trade marketing performance and assist supervisor to develop plans for areas of improvementCoordinate with cross-functional personnel (Sales, CSM, Regional team, Procurement, Finance etc)Prepare periodic reports for the purpose of tracking of progress on Referral Program and other Trade Marketing campaignsSupport in other activities as directed by supervisorsRequirementsCandidates must possess a Diploma/Bachelor’s DegreePrefer 1-2 years of experience in a similar capacityGood data processing skills Flexibility in terms of work timing Good communication skills Problem-Solving and analytical skillsGood business acumen to succeed in this roleTeam player Required language(s): Bahasa Malaysia, English
