Responsible for supporting Process Engineering management with projects as assigned and relevant to your scope of studies. Job Location: This position will be located at Krubong, Melaka in a vibrant industrial area. You will experience different exciting local cultures in this historical state. Nearby are malls and various restaurants. It is also close to recreation parks and a stadium. What You Will Be Doing To understand the optocoupler packaging, manufacturing processes and test requirements. Preparing FOL bonders recipes list and updating by machine, data compilation for machine buy-off and material abnormalities. Identify the highest reject modes for yield analysis and improvement. Assessing processes, taking measurements and interpreting data. Perform process simulation and risk assessment. Provide process documentation. What You Will Bring Along You are an enrolled student in a certified academic institution. Majoring in engineering (Electrical / Mechanical / Manufacturing). Preferably with technical knowledge on electrical and mechanical on machine. Proficient in basic Microsoft Office.
