**Role**:Any Other**Timings**:Rotational Shifts (Permanent)**Industry**:Other**Work Mode**:Work from office**Functional Area**:Any OtherKey Skills: Japanese language Native speaker- Location: LV, Georgetown PenangSalary Range: RM9,000 - RM14,000Shift: 24/7 RotationalDate of Joining (DOJ): March 2024Headcount Required: 4HC (Japanese)**Responsibilities**:- Conduct traning activities according to established procedures and guidelines.- Document and report defects, errors, and issues encountered during testing.- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address quality concerns and implement corrective actions.- Participate in the development and enhancement of quality assurance processes and methodologies.- Maintain accurate records of testing activities and results.**Requirements**:- Fluent/native proficiency in Japanese.- Preferred experience in Traning and travel-related industries.- Minimum of 3 years of relevant working experience with at least a Diploma level of education. Fresh graduates with a Bachelor's degree are also encouraged to apply.- Proficient in English, with a B2 level or above.- Ability to work in a 24/7 rotational shift environment.- Strong attention to detail and analytical skills.- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
