Responsibilities Trainer in the Training and Development Department. In charge on the training and teacher, Kindergarten and Child Care. Managing and organizing activities. Monitoring and supporting supervisor. Monitoring and assisting our licensees on the program. Monitoring and revamp lesson plan and curriculum. Organizing training, program, workshop, conference to parents, teachers and outsider. Developing program and educational products Qualifications Possess good leadership, presentation and communication skills, problem-solving abilities, attention to details and solid trainer expertise Have strong empathetic and interpersonal skills and an awareness of staffs or students wants and need Must able to deal with people of diverse backgrounds and temperaments Have sufficient knowledge in child care and early childhood educations Excellent written and verbal communication skills Proficient in MS Office and social media Ability to work well under pressure Able to travel, work on weekend, school holidays and additional hours if necessary Experiences Minimum of 2 years of experience in the field of child care or early childhood education. Minimum of 2 years of experience in supervisory or leadership roles in the education sector. 2 years experience in planning and coordinating activities for children or educational events. 2 years experience in designing educational programs or products.
