Details of the offer

**Training Room Maintenance**:- Ensure that all training rooms are well-maintained, equipped, and ready for use.**Booking of Facilities**:- Arrange for external facilities such as hotels and venue rentals as required for training sessions.- Negotiate contracts and manage relationships with external vendors and service providers.**Trainer and Facilitator Engagement**:- Engage and source new trainers and facilitators to meet the training needs.- Evaluate potential trainers and facilitators based on expertise and compatibility with training objectives.**Training and Evaluation Reports Management**:- Manage and compile Training and Evaluation (T&E) reports to assess the effectiveness of training programs.- Analyze feedback and make recommendations for improvements.**e-TRIS System Management**:- Efficiently manage the e-TRIS (HRDC) system, ensuring accurate and timely data entry and reporting.**Client Engagement Collaboration**:- Work closely with the Client Engagement Team to understand client requirements and ensure training programs are aligned with their needs.- Facilitate communication between trainers, clients, and internal teams.**Training Program Support**:- Assist in the planning and launching of training programs, including logístical support and coordination.- Provide administrative support throughout the training program lifecycle.**On-Site Training Coordination**:- Serve as an on-site coordinator during training sessions, ensuring that all logístical aspects run smoothly.- Address any issues or concerns that arise during training to ensure a positive experience for participants.**Skills and Qualifications**:- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, or related field.- Proven experience in training administration or a similar role.- Good organizational and time management skills.- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.- Experience with HRD systems, preferably e-TRIS will be an advantage.- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software.- Flexibility to travel and work on-site during training sessions as needed.**Job Type**: InternshipContract length: 6 months**Salary**: RM1,000.00 per monthSchedule:- Monday to Friday
