**RESPONSIBILITIES**- Assist in identify training needs in accordance with the organization needs.- Create, design and execute learning strategies and programs (internal & external).- Assists in analyze & evaluate the effectiveness of training activities.- Evaluate the success of development plans.- Conduct relevant training courses.- Develop training reports.- Support all Production training programs**Requirements**:- Good communication skill- Computer literate- MS Office- Administration- Technical knowledge (Electronics)**Salary**: From RM2,000.00 per monthSchedule:- Monday to Friday
