**PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES**:1) Sourcing Trainer:- Communicating, liaising and working closely with senior level managers from various industries.- Qualifying and inviting industry experts to participate at a conference or as speakers/course facilitators.- Negotiating terms and rates with trainer.2) Program Management:- Carry out desk & phone research and gather competitor intelligence to determine the commercial viability and timing of the training (yearly).- Reading and analyzing news and article to gain an insight into current issues and market trends across different industries.3) Trainer's Management:- Managing relationship with a range of existing and new trainer/ speakers.- Manage trainer's confirmation and arrangement for program delivery.- Working with other teams and lead en route for successful delivery.- General/Other administrative duties as required.**REQUIREMENTS**:- Diploma/Degree in Business Administration or relevant fields.- Minimum with 3-5 years experience in working with industry.- Familiar with HRDF claims.- Interpersonal and communication skills.- Problem-solving attitude.**Salary**: RM3,000.00 - RM4,500.00 per month**Education**:- Bachelor's (preferred)**Language**:- English (preferred)
