**Overview**:- We are looking for an experienced learning and content development consultant to be part of our team to strategically & operationally support and drive the learning & development projects in BCI Central (internally & externally) with a strong focus on developing content & training materials/modules that can be commercially monetized.**Responsibilities**:- Supporting key functional leaders in leading and evolving a targeted learning and development strategy for BCI Central Group.- Support in the delivery of companywide learning, including both face-to-face programs and digital training solutions.- Ensuring incremental growth in employee capability year on year.- Responsible to review, design, and update sales & account management induction, training, and digital learning content on an as needed basis.- Working with senior managers to identify training and development needs that are aligned to the achievement of functional goals and BCI Central's business strategy and trends within the business.- Preparing and developing reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing L&D data and trends.- Developing, monitoring & reporting on all training activities.- Evaluating the effectiveness of training programs and making recommendations for improvement.**Job Requirements**:- Tertiary education with minimum 3 years' experience in developing and delivering high-impact Training courses.- Proven track record of successfully delivering L&D/Training projects in a corporate environment.- Experience in designing and facilitating a range of learning programs, including, face-to-face, digital learning programs, web-based training development, and asynchronous learning content.- Excellent English in both written and verbal skills.- Excellent interpersonal skills - you can build and maintain positive relationships across a broad spectrum of employees and personalities, and you understand the importance of working as a team.- Ability to proactively engage multiple stakeholder levels in a multinational environment.- Structured work approach & excellent time management skills- Ability to multitask and work autonomously.- Self-motivated, proactive, resourceful, and innovative.**What We're Offering**:- Join a team that celebrates success.- Birthday leave & Work Anniversary leave.- Family support - newborn baby bonus- Medical & Health Insurance coverage.- A supportive and collaborative work environment.- Flexible working environment with hybrid arrangements.
