**Job Title**:- Training Coordinator, Airline Mandatory Training (AMT Safety)**Reports To**:- Deputy Head of Training /Instructional Services Manager**Role Purpose**:- Ensure effective day to day operations of training delivery, administrative function and ensure training roster for trainers and trainees is effective and in compliance with the rules and regulations aligned with CAAM requirement. Additional function as a safety assistant for safety trainings responsible for assisting the safety trainer in delivering safety trainings.**Key Accountability**:- Support the training delivery, administration and coordination with relevant stake holders or training providers to ensure smooth execution of the training plan as per CAAM requirement.- Identifying internal and external needs and coordinate 3rd party training request.- Ensure optimization of resources and training capacity to cater for in house and 3rd party customer requirement by facilitating manpower availability and movement, preparing, coordinating and organising training schedule.- Assist immediate superior to ensure serviceability of facilities and resources to maximize utilisation.- To plan, administer and coordinate with the relevant departments/BUs on training roster and schedules.- Ensure Instructors/Associate Instructors availability, classroom & equipment availability, and students welfare and disciplinary matters.- Coordinate with Instructors to maintain all training documents/records & filing are proper, accurate and consistent for QMS including audit purposes (Manuals, Instructor's Guide, Exam bank, QMS, Meeting minutes, Training Records etc.)- Ensure distribution of Manuals in accordance with the distribution list prior to its effective date.- Analyse and submit report on trainer performance on monthly basis.- Verify expenses and claims and submit for approval in a timely manner.- Accountable in managing a centralized qualifications and training records for Airlines Mandatory Training unit.- Track and validate Trainer's tasks in ensuring smooth operations.- Ensuring accurate crew records for payment of all allowances.- To assist Manager CST on planning and monitoring of annual budget.- Responsible for reviewing, updating and/or recommending procedures and processes in Training and other areas if required.- Collaborates and coordinates with stakeholder(s) for input prior to submission of final procedures/process draft for review and approval.- To support Head of AMT in carrying out their duties whenever required.- Safety Assistant - This role is a regulatory CAAM approved role to assist Cabin Safety Trainer during practical drill trainings.- A trained safety assistant must always be available and present during evacuation slide training, the firefighting exercise and water survival exercise as per CAAM requirement.- Responsible to carry out instruction, supporting the Safety Instructor in line with the training outline related to safety training.- Provide Training reports to CST MANAGER /Safety Instructor.- Ensure training area, equipment, EET, Door Trainer and Pool area are ready before and after commencement of training.- Other duties as assigned by CST Manager/CST Planer/Head of Training.- Providing support during emergencies in implementing emergency procedures and ensuring the safety of all attendees.**Qualifications & Working Experience**:- SPM and/or Diploma with 7 years of working experience.- Basic water Lifesaving certificate by the water life saver association.- Firefighting by BOMBA.- CAAM approved Safety Assistant.
