Training & Develop - P2

**Work mode**:Onsite**Onsite Location(s)**:Penang, MY**Key Responsibilities**- Assist in coordinating the training workflow from training need analysis to evaluation of the training effectiveness.- Work together with the training team to develop and deliver training tools for operations based on the business need.- Administration of Training Record System (TRS) to ensure records accuracy and up to date. Job scope inclusive of Creation and Maintenance of TRS training plans & records- Communicate with respective team on TRS issue resolution at site level and communication and liaison with the TRS Global team.- Administration of training procedures in the document system, including uploading new documents/procedures and change process.- Follow up with the Qualification and re-qualification of those carrying out training (Train the Trainer)- Evaluation and Periodic review of manufacturing practices and of those carrying out training.- Actively involved in corrective action follow-ups when applicable (NCEP, Audits, etc.)- Participate in training related projects to continuously improve the Training system within the business context.**Job Requirements**- Minimum Degree level education with relevant working experience.- Possess 3-5 years experiences in the regulated environment and with the Learning Management System administration and production trainer experience are beneficial.- Ability to analyze problems and provide clear recommendations.- Good organizing skill with the ability to generate group dynamic and interpersonal skills.- Good communication: read/write/oral.- A comfort level with presenting and speaking in front of groups.- MS Office proficiency: Word, Excel, PowerPoint- Must be able to work independently and can manage own workload.- About Us- As a global medical technology leader for more than 40 years, our mission at Boston Scientific (NYSE: BSX) is to transform lives through innovative medical solutions that improve the health of patients.
