**Role**:Training & Development**Timings**:Rotational Shifts (Permanent)**Industry**:Hotels / Restaurants / Airlines / Travel**Work Mode**:Work from office**Functional Area**:Human ResourcesKey Skills: Japanese language Operational Trainer Operation Trainer Process trainer Certified Trainer- **Job Title**: Trainer (Native Japanese)**Location**: LV, Georgetown Penang**Salary Range**: RM9,000 - RM14,000**Shifts**: 24/7 Rotational**Date of Joining (DOJ)**: March 2024**Responsibilities**:- Conduct traning activities according to established procedures and guidelines.- Document and report defects, errors, and issues encountered during testing.- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address quality concerns and implement corrective actions.- Participate in the development and enhancement of quality assurance processes and methodologies.- Maintain accurate records of testing activities and results.**Requirements**:- Fluent/native proficiency in Japanese.- Preferred experience in Traning and travel-related industries.- Minimum of 3 years of relevant working experience with at least a Diploma level of education. Fresh graduates with a Bachelor's degree are also encouraged to apply.- Proficient in English, with a B2 level or above.- Ability to work in a 24/7 rotational shift environment.- Strong attention to detail and analytical skills.- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
