**Responsibilities**- Provide guidance and training to service crews with the goals of providing excellent customer service, offer quality products and maintain a superior brand image.- Develop training materials, including presentations, manuals, and videos to facilitate effective learning and knowledge retention- Conduct training sessions, workshops, and seminars for employees at different levels, ensuring that the training methods and materials are engaging and effective- Implement any projects or activities to support the development and enhancement of new and existing training programs- Assist in identifying the training needs and measure effectiveness training through through evaluations, surveys, and discussions with managers and employees- Plan and execute an audit for every outlet about Standard Operation Procedure provided by HQ. Communicate audit results and recommendations to outlet leaders, operation management and top management for improvement- Monitor and ensure all training materials and standards are up to date- Research and revise Standard Operating Procedure (SOP) to simplify and smoothen the process in each outlet- Ensure that outlets are following the Standard Operating Procedures, to maintain product quality, and the customer services comply to the brand's requirements- Coordinate with different departments and managers to understand their training needs and align training initiatives with the overall organizational goals- Properly file all training records/ documents, update and maintain the data into the system- Generate accurate monthly reports accordingly- Integrate, negotiate and liaise directly with the external training providers for training programmes whenever required- Performs other related duties/ tasks as assigned by superior/ management**Requirements**:- Must possess at least a Diploma/ Degree in Food Technology or other related disciplines- Minimum 1 year of work experience in the related field- Excellent organizational, presentation, communication, problem-solving, interpersonal, and time-management skills- A valuable team player and able to work independently- Excellent knowledge of various training functions & development etc.- Good understanding of F&B industry especially coffee industry- Proficient in MS Office, Excel, Power Point, and any LMS tools- Additional Trainer education and certification will be a plus- Computer literate with good command of both written and spoken English and Malay- Confident, proactive, able to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines- Possess own transport and willing to travel**Salary**: RM3,000.00 - RM3,800.00 per month**Benefits**:- Free parking- Meal allowance- Professional development**Education**:- Diploma/Advanced Diploma (required)**Experience**:- Barista Trainer: 2 years (required)- Coffee Training: 2 years (required)
