**Join Us Now as Training Executive!**Job Requirements:- Bachelor's degree or higher in Education, Human Resources, Management, or a related field.- Proficient in developing enterprise training course plans and training materials.- Able to proficiently use modern training tools.- Received training in modern human resources management techniques, employee training and development, vocational education, and course development- Over 5 years of experience in enterprise training work- Possesses a strong sense of professionalism, striving spirit, and teamwork spirit.- Excellent oral and written communication skills, with good communication ability.- Able to start immediately is an added advantage.Job Responsibilities:? Collaborate with the company's planner in formulating training plans.? Develop and implement specialized training plans.? Develop training topics, prepare training materials, and write training lesson plans.? Monitor changes in the external training market, identify and utilize external training resources.? Design training courses, develop new courses, and deliver training sessions.? Design training formats and methods.? Design training evaluation systems and organize or assist in evaluating the effectiveness of training.**Salary**: RM2,500.00 - RM2,800.00 per month
