Training Executive

**Requirements**:- Responsible for conducting all Operational L&D Trainings- Responsible for development and updates of Training Program Materials and documents for both store operations and non-operations related.- Liaise with relevant departments to ensure information and activities are consistently communicated and updated.- Conduct soft skills and new projects launch training for HQ staff.- Assist Area Trainer to conduct follow ups and On-the-job evaluation for new staff to certify the staff.- Plan and monitor the company's CSR activities to meet the company's sustainability goals.- Constantly contact and meet up with external parties (eg Schools & NGOs) to execute CSR related activities on monthly basis, and ensuring all activities are recorded and documented.- Drive internal and external communications with relevant parties to ensure smooth execution of the CSR activities.**Requirement**:- Degree in any field.
