Training Facilitator

RESPONSIBILITIES Process quotations, invoices, and other sales documents efficiently. Negotiate prices and terms with clients. Maintain and update CRM system to track sales performance. Follow up on inquiries and quotations promptly. Address customer feedback and complaints effectively. Manage debtors' collections on a monthly basis. Prepare budgets and purchasing plans for management. Coordinate training arrangements with external trainers and team members. Develop and update business SOPs based on ISO standards. Run marketing campaigns for training, promotions, and events. Schedule and organize training logistics, including venue and materials. Coordinate HRD Claimable Course submissions with HRD Corp. Manage training submissions and approvals with government agencies. Coordinate logistics for training, meetings, and teleconferences. Assist in scheduling and coordinating training sessions. Communicate with participants before, during, and after courses. Provide technical support during virtual training sessions. Maintain documentation for training and certification programs. Gather feedback from trainees and trainers after each session. Ensure timely evaluation processes and prepare training reports. Collaborate with external trainers to maintain TMS quality. Support training development by preparing materials. Introduce SPS products and services to customers and prospects. Collaborate with team members on sales and marketing campaigns. Support activities or events based on client agreements. Establish affiliations with reliable institutes or training providers. Seek collaborations with government and international organizations. Attend SPS events, trade shows, or conferences as needed.
