**KEY AREAS OF RESPONSIBILITIES**:- Identify current challenges in customer service across the division.- Customize training program according to the needs of the brands, with emphasison Rolex & Tudor.- Plan out a monthly and yearly training calendar.- Work closely with brand managers for updates and insights pertaining to thebrand standards and expectation.- Perform 1 to 1 coaching as and when necessary.- Review staff performance monthly with action plan for immediate correctivemeasures.- Develop a method to track performance and improvement systematically.- Visit all stores regularly, including outstation stores.- Act as a master facilitator and conduct training programs.- Responsible for the mystery shopping results, in accordance with theexpectation of the brand.- Instil positive behavioral change in staff.- more confident in attending to customers- high accountability in store operations- able to perform storytelling to all customers- fully focused when customers are in store.- Training metrics- able to deliver minimum 50 hours of training monthly, not limited to classroom training only.- Spend minimum 30 hours in providing 1 to 1 coaching to staff monthly.**POSITION SPECIFICATION**- Education: Minimum a Diploma/Degree in any discipline.- Professional Experience:- Min. 8 years' experience in Learning & Development in a comparable retail environment.- Proven management skills in leading, coaching and motivating.- Exceptional verbal and writing skills with the ability to translate broad concepts into layman language.- Good understanding in luxury watches retail and the complexity in managing high profile clients.- Must be able to work with all levels of personnel and not limited to store managers only.- Attended formal train-the-trainer programs, and other related programs.- Passionate and curious about human behavior and culture.- Experience with Instructional design and learning methodology.- Must be able to work with all levels of personnel both within and outside of organization.- Flexible to work schedule to meet business needs.- Languages: Able to converse in multiple languages, including English,Mandarin, and Bahasa Malaysia.
