Training Manager

**Job Description & Responsibilities**- Develop training programs and curricula based on organizational goals, departmental needs, and employee skill gaps.- Design instructional materials, including manuals and presentations to support training initiatives.- Facilitate training sessions for employees, either in-person or through virtual platforms.- Evaluate training effectiveness through assessments, surveys, and feedback mechanisms.- Monitor employee progress and track training completion rates.- Identify training needs and performance gaps through assessments, surveys, and consultation with managers.- Develop strategies to address skill deficiencies and improve employee performance.- Ensure compliance with industry regulations, safety standards, and company policies through targeted training programs.**Requirements**:- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Education, Business Administration, or related field; Master's degree preferred.- Proven experience as a Training Manager or similar role, with a track record of designing and delivering effective training programs.- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to engage diverse audiences.- Strong organizational and project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.Pay: RM8,000.00 - RM12,000.00 per month
