Training Officer (Mandarin Speaker)

Plan and design training program for all levels of employees according to business requirements.- Analyze and develop training program for develop employee potential and work effectively and in line with the overall company's strategy and current trends.- Monitor the team performance to assess training effectiveness in partnership with manager of each team.- Manage and record both internal and external training data of employees within department.- Follow up on new technology and relevant knowledge to be applied to management effectively.- Ensure the team is staffed with competent people capable in their current positions whilst being prepared and developed for the challenges of the future.- Create and manage the training budget and submit to management.- Other duties as assigned.- Fluent in **English **and **Mandarin**.
