Training & Quality Analyst

Qualifications:**Requirements**:- Minimum Degree holder in any discipline- ** Minimum 2 years** working experienced as trainer/QA- Language proficiency in **English **is mandatory. Bahasa Melayu and Mandarin is preferred.- Preferable to have experience as corporate trainer in Banking/Finance industry- Proficient in MS Office (Advance skills in Excel and PowerPoint); e-learning software will be an asset**Responsibilities**:**Roles & Responsibilities**- Design effective training programs- Prepare training materials- Conduct training and refreshers- Support and mentor new employees- Conduct evaluations to identify areas of improvement- Monitor, analyze & train trainees' performance and call out any unusual trends- Identify training needs by working with operations team and QA- Performs Quality monitoring on a day-to-day basis when there is no training class- Produces a regular Quality report in an actionable format for internal stakeholders' perusal- May perform training and performance gap analysis on a regular basis or as required
