Project Organization:Develop a work plan based on key work points and the actual situation of the project, and regularly summarize the work;Responsible for organizing training preparations, hosting class training sessions, and ensuring the smooth progress of the training;Focus on key project issues, including creating an overall training atmosphere, etc.Professional Support:4. Planning and organizing participant activities (including planning proposals, participant enterprise visits, outdoor training, mobile classrooms, business inspections, salons);5. Responsible for supervising and guiding participants to complete homework for respective courses, ensuring the effective transformation of learned content;6. Responsible for organizing outstanding participants into enterprises, including planning for enterprise service content.Sales Support:7.
