TRANSITION MANAGER**Minimum Qualification**: Degree in Mechanical Engineering**Experience Required**: Minimum 10 years working experience**Job Summary**- INTERALIA, be responsible for overseeing operational transitions in company and to ensure that the transitions are implemented according to schedule and budget. Update management, personnel, and clients on any prospective transition-related changes. And _to oversee the production process and coordinate all activities to ensure enough resources on hand. Plan workers' schedules, estimate costs and prepare budgets to ensure workflow meets required deadlines:- Liaising with other managers to formulate objectives and understand requirements- Estimating costs and preparing budgets- Organizing workflow to meet specifications and deadlines- Know -how on actuator manufacturing method**General Job Standards**- Is required to organize and oversee the manufacturing of mechanical actuator parts.- Ultimately will responsible for the smooth running of all production lines and the quality of output.- Equipped with know-how in production procedures. Ability to direct personnel towards maximum performance will apart as a leader. Decision-making and problem-solving will take up a great part of daily activity.- The goal is to ensure an efficient and productive manufacturing process that meets customer requirements.**Primary Job Standards**- To overall manage and operate the entire plant, divisions and technical and engineering departments of the Company.- To penetrate the OVERSEA markets for export sales of Metal-Sheet fabricated products and also Actuators and Actuator Valves- your primary / key-job function.- To source and import from OVERSEA specialized raw materials including technical materials for the Company and be responsible for OVERSEA Accounts.- To fully take charge of new projects for the Company, from feasibility study, pilot project implementation to commissioning.**Responsibilities**- Liaise with other managers to formulate objectives and understand requirements for actuator technology transfer.- Estimate costs and prepare budgets- Organize workflow to meet specifications and deadlines- Monitor production to resolve issues- Supervise and evaluate performance of production personnel (quality inspectors, workers etc.)- Determine quantity of necessary resources (workforce, raw materials etc.)- Approve maintenance work, purchasing of equipment etc.- Ensure output meets quality standards- Enforce health and safety precautions- Report to upper management**Required skills**- Proven experience as transition / production manager- Deep knowledge of production management- Understanding of quality standards and health & safety regulations- Knowledge of performance evaluation and budgeting concepts- Experience in reporting on key production metrics- Proficient in MS Office and ERP software- Outstanding communication ability- Excellent organizational and leaderships skills- Attention to detail- Strong decision-making skills and a results-driven approach**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent**Salary**: RM10,500.00 - RM15,000.00 per month**Benefits**:- Opportunities for promotion- Parental leave- Professional developmentSchedule:- Day shiftSupplemental pay types:- Overtime pay- Yearly bonusAbility to commute/relocate:- Kulim: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
