Transport Coordinator

**Responsibilities**:1. To manage and coordinate a fleet of school transport2. Arrange to transport management staff/guests to designated locations in a safe and timely manner.3. Responsible to conduct regular inspections to ensure that vehicles are in optimal working conditions.4. Maintain vehicles insurance and road tax matters.5. Maintain vehicles cleanliness and always ensure its functionality.6. Maintain high confidentiality of passenger and information.7. Keep track of vehicles travel logs records.8. Assist day-to-day operational matters.9. Attend weekly meetings.10. Perform any other duties ad-hoc assignments that may be instructed by Company.**Requirements**:1. At least SPM/'O' level, Higher Secondary/STPM/'A' level/Pre-U.2. Minimum 2 years working experience in managing transport fleet or related fields along with a good driving record.3. Possessing a valid Class D driving license, with PSV will be an advantage.4. Physically fit, mentally alert & with good eyesight.5. Ability to communicate fluent English.6. Familiar with Singapore & Johor Bahru routes and has a good sense of direction.7. Have a clean career record.8.
