In this role, you will understand business needs, and identify and drive strategic projects and operational improvement initiatives and work to achieve process excellency of the end to end business processes in the APAC region by developing a strong process culture, optimized solutions and sustained execution. Key AccountabilitiesConduct assessment on operational and functional processes and identify opportunities for automation based on benefit vs effort analysisStreamline, standardize and automate processes through digital solutions to improve process efficiency, quality and sustainabilityManage stakeholders' requirements and expectations in terms of project deliverables, scope, timeline, benefit, budget and objectivesExplore innovative technological or digital solutions in the market and assess its technical and commercial applicability in the team through return on investment studiesDesign and develop visibility dashboards that suits business needs and perform data analysis to produce actionable insightsFacilitate CI programs to instill continuous improvement mindsets across all functions within transport organizationPartner with super users, stakeholders and data technology teams to drive process stabilization and optimization initiatives and support technology to enable business processes to meet growth and cost reduction goals.Collaborate with business process owners to implement and support process design and metrics for optimal execution and results.Lead and collaborate to support process changes with key super users, stakeholders and peers to ensure logistics solutions are implemented successfully.Serve as a logistics domain specialist to develop and lead identified business process initiatives that improves material margin and delivery performance, assuring project goals and objectives are attained and sustained while creating project insight for project and functional leadership.Conduct meetings, understand processes in the organization, collect data, analyze information and perform related tasks to implement process improvements.Self starter and can independently handle complex issues with various departments with mínimal supervision, while escalating only the most complex issues to appropriate staff.Implement and sustain a strategic freight quotation and review process with the various businesses in Cargill, with understanding of the market conditions, sourcing strategies, and customers' requirements.Other duties as assigned**Qualifications**:Minimum QualificationsBachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experienceDemonstrated continuous improvement mindset with effective systematic problem solving experienceMinimum of four years of related work experienceOther minimum qualifications may applyPreferred QualificationsProficient in process automation, coding and programmingKnowledge in AI and machine learning is added advantageKnowledge of business process modelling notationsUnderstanding of how enterprise resource planning, business process management, customer relationship management and business intelligence tools operateContinuous improvement methodology and skillsDemonstrated experience leading and implementing organizational change and process optimizationKnowledge of implementation strategy and approach to ensure mínimal impact to the business and end usersRelated experience in freight pricing will be a plus
