Travel Consultant

**Reservation responsibilities**:a. Help clients identify their ideal travel products/services based on their suggestions and requirements. Negotiate any customizations or modifications requested and accommodate to the best level possible and within company policy.b. Provide end to end service while organizing a trip from booking the tickets, reserving the hotels and creating the itinerary.c. Stay up to date on travel regulatory & policy for consultation services to client ensuring smooth travel journey.d. Collect payment and compile administration documentations for invoicing processe. Regularly update a database containing client details and their travel information. Ensure this data is secured and handled appropriately.**Sales and After Sales Services responsibilities**:a. Promote company travel products & services for upselling to reach product sales targets. Participate and support in all company marketing event (offline and digital) as when requiredb. Resolve any problem that arises regarding the travel trip for the customerc. Stay up to date on domestic and international travel trends knowledge for upselling achievement.**Requirements**:a. Proven work experience in Travel Agent / Fresh graduateb. Familiarity with Reservation System (GDS)c. Excellent Customer Servicing skillsd. Outstanding Selling skillse.
