Time: 9:00 pm to 1:00pm (8 hours working + 1 hour break).- Earliest shift: 9pm-6am &- Last shift: 3am-12pmAfter Daylight Saving ends:- Earliest shift: 10pm-7am &- Last shift: 4am-1pm(2.) Days: Monday- Sunday, Rotational Basis, including weekend & public holiday; 5 working days and 2 days off.- Job Description:- Bilingual support in English - be able to speak, write and read.- Excellent verbal and communication skills (B2 English proficiency).- 1 year of experience in customer service (Business-To-Business strongly preferrable)- Technical savvy (understands or have used macOS vs. Android, Windows, etc.).- Basic Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel) experience required.- Call center experience preferable.- Negotiation skills, able to engage and reach agreements with the clients.- Restaurant industry familiarity preferable.- Requirement:- Requirement:Native Japanese- Specific Experience : Preferred Trainer experience and travel experience.- Education: Above Diploma + working experience more than 3 years. Bachelor's degree fresh graduate is applicable.- English Assessment : B2Training will be conducted in English virtually, but New Hires have to be present on site, during the last week of nesting they will start handling both English.
