**About the company**:- The company is dedicated to humanising technology in connecting people - businesses- and destination seamlessly.- The company accomplishes this by developing innovative products and services that form a comprehensive, immersive experiential travel mobility ecosystem to enhance accessibility for travellers.**Office location**: Pantaii Dalam, Kuala Lumpur**Responsibilities**:- To curate travel packages of Malaysia, catering for inbound tourists.- In charge of the product development process (from R&D, sourcing, procurement, contracting) and its readiness to go to market (creative packaging, storytelling material, publicity material, presentation, and schedule)- Product development with the goal of revenue generation.- Conduct market research to identify travel trends and opportunities.- Develop and enhance travel products to meet customer demands and market needs.- Collaborate with vendors and partners to negotiate and secure favorable contracts.- Ensure efficient and cost-effective logistics, including transportation, accommodation, and activities.- Implement and maintain standard operating procedures for smooth operations.- Monitor customer feedback and implement improvements to enhance the overall travel experience.- Develop and manage budgets for travel products, ensuring cost-effectiveness.- Stay informed about industry regulations and ensure compliance with relevant standards.- Implement risk management strategies to mitigate potential issues during travel operations.- Collaborate with the marketing team to create and execute effective promotional campaigns.- Develop marketing materials to showcase travel products and attract new customers.- Generate regular reports on key performance indicators and travel product performance.- Conduct analysis to identify areas for improvement and optimization.**Knowledge and Skills Requirements**:- Bachelor's degree in business, Hospitality, Tourism, or a related field.- Proven experience in travel management, with a minimum of 5 years in a similar role.- In-depth knowledge of inbound and outbound travel industry trends, regulations, and best practices.- Strong command in English both oral and written. Added proficiency in Bahasa and Mandarin is an advantage.- Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills.- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities- Proficient in Microsoft Words, Excel and PowerPoint, working knowledge of Microsoft Power BI would be an advantage.- Knowledge of relevant travel management software and tools is a plus.- Demonstrated leadership and team management skills.- Has experience in travel sales: B2B, corporate, incentive (inbound and outbound)- Experienced in product R&D and development.- Has experience in handling inbound Chinese market.- Has experience in handling inbound western market.- Has experience in outbound MICE market.- Able to use travel system solution- Having knowledge about incentive travel segment, event marketing & digital marketing development, event organizing, and creative in itinerary curation.**Salary**: Up to RM9,000.00 per monthSchedule:- Day shift
