Treasury Executive

Position : Vendor Verification SupportDepartment : Treasury DepartmentSalary Range : RM 2,000 - RM 3,000Working Hours : 8.30am - 5.30pmWorking Location : Pasar Seni Kuala LumpurJob Scope- To review and assess the Vendor On-Boarding Form/Documents and/or Vendor Bank Account Information Documents according to relevant SOP and Compliance Requirements.- To liaise with Vendor (via telephone) to perform independent Verification to validate/reaffirm Vendor's Bank Account Information according to relevant SOP and Compliance Requirements.- To liaise with respective Local Finance Team and/or Vendor Management Team for matter relating to Vendor On-Boarding Form/Documents and Vendor Bank Account Information Documents.- To liaise with Group Treasury Team for matter relating to Vendor On-Boarding SOP and Compliance Requirements.- To provide regular and ad-hoc reports to Group Treasury as requested- Any other ad-hoc assignment.**Requirements**:- Tertiary degree in finance-related discipline- At least 2 years of experience- Proficient in English, Malay language and Mandarin.- Teamwork and cooperation- Strong initiative- Good interpersonal & communication skills- Dedicated- Strong analytical skills.- Problem solving skills.
