Ui/Ux Designer

**You will play an important role to**:- Design website pages, features and layouts according to user research and design direction to provide positive user experience.- Prepare graphics required for web development and other related projects.- Optimize existing user interface designs.- Test for intuitivity and experience.- Communicate with clients to understand their business goals and objectives.- Develop technical and business requirements and always strive to deliver intuitive and user-centered solutions.- Combine creativity with an awareness of the design elements.- Create prototypes for new product ideas.- Test new ideas before implementing.- Conduct an ongoing user research.**To be successful in this role, you will need to have**:- BS degree in Computer Science, Engineering, MIS, Multimedia Design or similar relevant field.- Proficiency with Adobe Graphic Design Software (Photoshop, Illustrator), Figma, Wix, Wordpress or similar tools.- At least 1 year of related work experience.- Good understanding in software development will be an added advantage.**Please include a link to your portfolio when applying.****Why join us?**- Young & cheerful working environment with frequent company events (sports, movie/ KTV day, team building, etc).- Office pantry with free flow of coffee, tea, cereal drinks, snacks, sweets, etc.- Parking and Penang bridge toll charges claimable.- You are entitled to Annual leave and Sick leave.- Training will be provided, friendly colleagues will provide guidance and support.**Salary**: RM3,000.00 - RM4,500.00 per month**Benefits**:- Additional leave- Dental insurance- Free parking- Vision insuranceSchedule:- Monday to FridaySupplemental pay types:- Performance bonus
