Uniform & Linen Attendant

To contribute to the smooth and efficient running of the Uniform and Linen Room.- Provides a courteous and professional service at all the times.- Handles guest and associate enquiries in a courteous and efficient manner, reporting complaints or problems if no immediate solution can be found, whilst providing a prompt follow-up.- Maintains positive guest and colleague interactions with good working relationships.- Takes measurement of associates for uniform making or alteration purposes.- Arranges and hangs uniform according to associates' number.- Assists to receive, count and record F&B linen on a daily basis if required.- Checks for stains/tears in linen.**Qualifications**- High school or equivalent education required.- Good communication skills (verbal and listening and writing)**Experience**- Minimum 1 year of prior experience as a Uniform or linen Attendant.Pay: From RM2,000.00 per month**Benefits**:- Health insurance- Meal provided- Opportunities for promotion- Professional developmentSchedule:- Rotational shiftExpected Start Date: 04/22/2024
