Requirements:
1. Bachelor's degree in human resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
2. Possesses at least 5 years of experience in human resources management, preferably in the F&B industry.
3. Good proficiency in Mandarin and English. (Speaking and Writing)
4. Strong knowledge of local labour laws and regulations
5. Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
6. Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.

Scopes:
Responsibilities
1. Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including job postings, screening, interviewing, and selection.
2. Conduct new employee orientations and ensure a smooth onboarding process.
3. Address and resolve employee concerns and grievances in a timely and confidential manner.
4. Foster positive employee relations by promoting effective communication and conflict resolution.
5. Identify training needs and coordinate training programs to enhance employee skills.
6. Support career development and succession planning initiatives.
7. Implement and oversee performance appraisal processes.
8. Provide guidance to managers on performance improvement plans.
9. Develop and update HR policies and procedures, ensuring compliance with local labour laws.
10. Stay informed about changes in employment laws and update policies accordingly.
11. Administer employee benefits programs, including health insurance, leave policies, and other perks.
12. Assist employees with benefit-related inquiries and issues.
13. Promote a safe and healthy work environment.
14. Collaborate with relevant stakeholders to address workplace safety concerns.
15. Planned and organized employee engagement activities like team-building events and recognition programs.
16. Monitor employee satisfaction and implement initiatives to improve morale.
