Job Descriptions:
1. To provide general assistance and support to the Managing Director. Shall demonstrate skills, knowledge, and experience as an effective and efficient assistant in
organizing.
2. To work closely with all departments to achieve greater operational efficiency and to facilitate effective communication to/from the Managing Director office.
3. To record and prepare minutes of various meetings and prepare presentations and follow-up on action plans. Able to plan, coordinate, and monitor schedule.
4. To organize travel and accommodation arrangements for travel and manage expenses claims.
5. Able to execute a high degree of professionalism in dealing with the situation and demands at all times.
6. Possess the energy and positive attitude, a team player, able to multi-task, self-motivated, and able to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
7. To undertake assignments and other special tasks, ad-hoc duties assigned from time-to-time.
8. Communication, initiative, flexibility, and being organized is of utmost importance.
9. Pleasant, looking good, polite, and easy to deal with are paramount traits for this role, as their first point of contact.
Job Requirements:
1. At least min. Diploma in Secretaryship or related qualification.
2. Proficient in written correspondence in English and Bahasa Malaysia
3. Good MS Office - Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and typing skills.
4. Preferred a girl
5. 25 years and above
