User Experience Designer

Payd is a "force for good" startup with a focus on employee financial wellbeing. We have recently received VC funding and are looking for a User Experience Designer to join our growing team in Malaysia.
We're passionate about our project and our goal is to help provide financial flexibility to those who need it in Southeast Asia. Our ideal candidate is someone who enjoys building connections and has a growth mindset.
Responsibilities
Conducting regular market research and UX/UI reviews to elevate the product experience to the next level. Working closely with our users to actively identify both user experience enhancement opportunities and issues, and continuously improving the experience through data analysis. Demonstrating outstanding visual expression skills, mastering various design styles, illustration techniques, and product capabilities. Designing Payd's web and app experiences with the aim of providing the best experience for users. Working closely with our tech team in building user-friendly products Requirements
2+ years of experience in Product Design. A portfolio showcasing your design process, conceptual ability, and examples in UX/UI and product design. Experience with user research Comfortability navigating ambiguity, tight deadlines, and shifting requirements. Strong cross-functional communication skills to advocate for your designs. Sharp attention to detail and mastery of your craft: visual design, interaction design, and prototyping. Knowledge and interest in the Fintech and Financial inclusion space Fluency in English and Malay is required About Payd We are a young and fast growing startup with a focus on bringing technological innovation to those who need it most.
