**Responsibilities**:**Maintenance of Measurement Devices**: Ensure that measurement devices are in good condition, complying with company requirements and national regulations.**Team Management**: Assign job tasks and manage a maintenance team responsible for facility upkeep.**Monitoring BMS Systems**: Oversee the Building Management System (BMS), which includes monitoring systems like Chiller, Air compressor, AHU's, MAU, PCW, SSB, EMSB, Genset, and maintaining digital records associated with these systems.**Facility and Utilities Monitoring**: Keep an eye on building facilities, utilities, and electrical systems to identify and address maintenance issues promptly.**Planning and Execution**: Plan and execute tasks assigned by superiors, ensuring that maintenance and facility-related goals are met.**Authority to Give Instructions**: Have the authority to provide instructions to employees, subcontractors, and vendors involved in daily work and maintenance activities.**Collaboration with Production**: Collaborate with the production team to address any maintenance-related issues affecting operations.**Documentation**: Check, file, and maintain final documentation and maintenance procedures for various projects and audits.**Audit Responsibilities**: Be responsible for conducting facility audits to ensure compliance with regulations and best practices.**Regulatory Compliance**: Observe and ensure the fulfillment of maintenance instructions and various regulations, such as those related to environmental and workplace safety.**Other Duties**: Perform other duties as assigned by superiors, which may vary depending on the specific needs of the facility.**Requirements**:**Education**: A Bachelor's Degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field is required.**Technical Skills**: Proficiency in BMS (Building Management System) is a must.**Engineering and Management Skills**: Strong engineering and management skills in facility management and equipment are required.
