**Job description**(i) To conduct/prepare a Vacant Possession Handing Over Process(ii) To attend the current state (defect) of the Building and its operations.(iii) To schedule and execute the Vacant Possession Handing process to theend.(iv) To provide and implement a set of standard procedures on the VacantPossession Handing process.(v) To provide the Property Manager Report and other relevant reports on atimely basis.(vi)Any other job responsibilities as may be assigned from time to time.**Job Requirements**:- Possess min SPM.- Good command of English / Bahasa Malaysia and possess decent interpersonal communication skills.- Knowledge in Microsoft Office is required.- **Can work on weekend **( Sat -Sun & Public holiday)- **Can work in Kampar, Perak****Job Type**: ContractContract length**:3-6 months****Salary**: RM1,700.00 - RM1,900.00 per month**Language**:- English (preferred)- Malay (preferred)License/Certification:- D, B2 (preferred)**Job Types**: Contract, TemporaryContract length: 3 months**Salary**: RM1,700.00 - RM1,900.00 per monthSchedule:- Monday to FridayApplication Question(s):- Can you work in Kampar, Perak?- Can you work on saturday and sunday?Application Deadline: 02/29/2024
