**About You**:**Your-Day-To-Day**:**1. Program Development**a. Collaborate with the stakeholders to design and create content for related programs with the keyfocus area in vehicle valuation and inspection, ensuring compliance with the company standardsand industry requirements.b. Develop pre and post-assessments, monitoring tools and approaches related to the programc. Continuously update training approaches and materials to meet industry demands.**2. Plan and Deliver the program**a. Plan and deliver high-quality training for related programs, utilizing available resourceseffectively.b. Ensure participants' performance and maintain accurate records, as well as implement upskillingand retraining programs as needed.**3. Process Improvement**a. Identify areas for improvement through the training needs analysis and propose solutions thatimprove participant competencies and operations efficiency.**4. Ad Hoc Projects**a.
