Location:**Malaysia**- Department: Finance/Legal- Location: Malaysia- Team and Role Introduction:- We are the BPO management team, focusing on the end-to-end management of non-FTE staff (outsourcing), and we are currently seeking an independent, passionate, capable, and experienced professional in non-FTE staff management to join our team. Together, we will build a diverse workforce management platform.**Responsibilities**:- Responsible for collaborating with the COE(Procurement Excellence Function Team) to establish an overseas outsourcing staffing management system. He/She will continuously optimize the overseas staffing structure based on external conditions and operational needs.- Support the development of outsourcing employment policies, processes, and mechanisms in overseas locations that align with local practices.- Participate in the requirements definition for the construction of the overseas outsourcing staffing management system.- Identify areas for improvement in existing outsourcing staffing strategies, develop solutions and operational strategies, and collaborate with the COE to implement them.**Job Requirements**- Requirements/Qualifications(must have):- Over 5-7 years of experience in staffing management (experience in HR permanent staffing is preferred).- Familiar with the process and system of overseas outsourcing staffing management.- Possess logical thinking, teamwork, organizational, and stress management skills.- Good written and spoken English communication skills, with proficiency in both Chinese and English communication.
