Vice President, CCPF - Product Compliance (Acquiring Business) MY Malaysia
Job Description Key Responsibilities Review BAU operational work procedures of key processes in strategic operating units for adequacy and effectiveness of control measure or to identify area for improvement, including due diligence test on outsourced vendors; Review & understand regulator guideline / requirement and engage with Group Compliance for advisory / direction (if any) Review audit observation and oversee execution of effective action plan needed to address identified risk (identified by self, internal auditor or external regulator); Coordinate audit and inspection by auditors & regulators (internal & external) with respective GCPF department; Organize & conduct trainings to educate & disseminate relevant learning to GCPF staff members; Provide advice to business & operational units on issues relating to governance, risks and control in syndication with internal regulatory authority; Produce regulatory, management & operational reports accurately and on a timely basis; viii. Any ad hoc task given from time to time related to compliance request Job Specification Qualifications (Basic Degree/Diploma etc) Graduate with a Degree from any field Minimum 5 years related work experience in internal, external audit or compliance function; Knowledge in merchant or credit card operations would be ideal. Required Competencies and Skills Excellent communication skills both, verbal and written. An understanding of risk drivers and ability to articulate risk to non-risk personnel. In depth knowledge of risk related to [business/function] Demonstrated managerial, leadership and facilitation skills Understanding of credit card products, operational processes and regulatory & compliance requirements. vi.
