**Responsibilities**:- Planning and strategising of campaigns based on business and marketing objectives set.- Manage Preferred marketing plan to win across MIST countries, working with Regional Preferred/WM heads and Consumer Marketing MY.- Integration overall CIO advisory framework and House-views to double down on showcasing Wealth Advisory capabilities- Work with MIST on targeted marketing campaigns that emphasize exclusivity, benefits, and personalized nature of services offered to Preferred clients to support WM & Deposit deepening- Coordinate within Group Brand Marketing departments to execute preferred campaigns across all channels internally and externally, including above-the-line, below-the-line, activations, digital and social channels- Manage calendars and timetables/milestones towards the completion of campaigns.- Manage and liaise with third party agencies to ensure timely delivery of work that meets objectives and is executed to a high standard.- Assist in managing internal and external workflow SOPs, performance tracking metrics, budget management tools, as well as regular reporting of key initiatives.- Liaise with regional communications teams on a regular basis for review, tracking and sharing of selected initiatives and marketing activities, and assume a central role for best practices.- Liaise with various business owners on the trademarking of products and services.**Job Requirements**- Possess a Bachelor's Degree from any reputable University- Must have relevant experience especially in Branding for at least 7 years. Experience in Financial Institution, especially premium segment will be an added advantage- Excellent communication skill (both written and verbal) is desirable- Incumbent must be able to multitask, respond well under pressure and deadlines in a high performance and diverse work environment- Able to manage budget and managing third party agencies
