Handle the management of staff misconduct cases, including investigation.- Provide guidance to line managers on managing staff misconduct.- Drafting of charge sheet / letter of explanation, follow up on explanation by the staff and prepare recommendation paper for decision on disciplinary action.- Handle staff grievances and advising line managers in resolving the grievances.- Attend to conciliation at the Industrial Relations Department and complaints / claims filed with the Labour Court.- Liaison and follow-up with lawyers on Industrial Court cases.- Drafting and review of policies and procedures related to Employee Relations.- Management of employee monitoring exercises on compliance, business interest and bankruptcy.- Responsible for the monthly / quarterly and ad-hoc reports for management and regulators.
