Video Creator Editor

To ensure success as a video editor, you should have expert knowledge of modern video editing techniques, be able to visualize directorial concepts and work according to a strict time schedule.**Responsibilities**:- Create and implement graphics and special effects in video- Edit and assemble raw video footage into polished, visually compelling video productions.- Work closely with other team members to develop concepts, storylines, and overall video production strategy.- Select and add appropriate music and sound effects to videos.- Maintain high quality and accuracy in all aspects of the video production process.- Manage, organize, and maintain production files and video libraries.- Continuously update/edit video content in response to feedback from Director, colleagues, or as needed.- Ensuring the project follows a logical sequence.- Consulting with the director and production team throughout the project.- Creating the final cut for broadcasting.- Meet tight deadlines and work efficiently under pressure.**Requirements**:- Proven work experience as a video editor or videographer- A bachelor's degree in film production, media studies, communications, or equivalent- Hands-on experience with editing software, including Adobe After Effects, Final Cut Pro X, Avid Media Composer, Lightworks, and Premier.- Creative and artistic skills.- Familiarity with 3D composition and special effects.- Proficient in the use of editing, graphic, and special effects video software- A keen eye, attention to detail, and artistic ability- Portfolio of completed film productions.- Ability to work to a tight schedule.- Ability to translate ideas into complete projects.**Job Types**: Full-time, PermanentPay: RM1,500.00 - RM2,000.00 per monthSchedule:- Day shiftAbility to commute/relocate:- Port Dickson: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (preferred)**Experience**:- videography: 2 years (required)**Location**:- Port Dickson (required)Expected Start Date: 06/03/2024
